Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you cannot make it to your appointment.

If canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, half the session fee will be charged. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Exceptions to the cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrival Policy
It is the client’s responsibility to contact me via phone, text message, or email before the first 20 minutes of the scheduled appointment have passed.
Example: If your appointment time is 9:00am, you must contact me before 9:20am.
Failure to contact me within this timeframe will result in the appointment being marked as a No-Show and 100% of the session price being charged.
If you contact me within the timeframe, your session will begin when you arrive at my office, and end at the scheduled end time.

For your own safety, please do not try to contact me while driving. If there is a chance you may be late, text me before you begin driving. Example: "Running late, on my way."
